The moon is bright, beautiful, and FULL on Saturday, December 18.
This is one worth witnessing. Brave the cold. Go outside and take it all the way in. There’s incredible joy around this lunation, and a swell of abundance too. But this moon (and sun) want you to feel it grow from the inside out. Jupiter wants your joy to be innate, indisputable, and impossible to disrupt. Making a sweet trine to the moon, while the sun is in Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius, it’s as if Jupiter says it’s already so. Perhaps Saturn, closing in on the final of three squares to Uranus, is saying it’s only a matter of time before you realize it. The quincunx, in contrast, is an awkward aspect.

Mars and Mercury recently joined together in a square to Saturn….
…on our path toward the lunar eclipse that’s occurring Friday November 19… …an eclipse that will be magnified by a T-square with Jupiter and a trine to Pluto... ...along with some provocative Uranus/Mars/Venus interactions... ...so, yeahhhhhh. Go easy on yourself and others right about now. We’ll talk more about the eclipse, but this setup, the square between Saturn in Aquarius and Mercury/Mars in Scorpio, is itself worth staying with for a hot minute before we get there. Fast moving planets—fire and air, drive and mind—together meet the constraints of reality: earth, time, body, boundaries, our own resistance... The defining energy of 2021 is represented by an⚡️ intense⚡️ square between Saturn and Uranus. This year-long transit points to an irreversible process of radical change that is affecting the foundational structures of our lives.
And this transformational energy is about to peak! As Saturn completes its retrograde cycle on October 10th and resumes its forward progress through the sign of Aquarius, these two heavy hitters are preparing to deliver one more jolt, initiating the final square in a three-peat set. There's no turning back now! And thank goodness for that. The tension of this square is ripe with opportunity. So here's what you need to know as we round the corner toward the final phase of this configuration... |
